In accordance with the most recent State Government guidelines, from 11:59pm on Wednesday 5 August 2020, Sanctuary Lakes, Point Cook and Wyndham Residential Real Estate offices will be closed and changes have been made to the services we can provide.

Our Agents and Property Managers remain available remotely via email and phone for any support or guidance you may require.

Where possible we have provided online virtual tours and property videos for inspection.



Can I inspect a property privately?

Yes, you can inspect a property privately effective 28 September 2020 by appointment only.

However please read the following guidelines below outlining the governments second step restrictions currently in place:


·        Private property inspections can be conducted for a maximum of 15 minutes.

·        You can travel outside the 25km range to attend a private inspection, however you cannot travel to regional Victoria nor can you travel from regional to metro to attend inspections.

·        The agent must ensure the occupier and attendee are not symptomatic, self-isolating or under quarantine before attending.


Can I move into my new property?

Yes, you can move into your new property during the governments second step restrictions effective 28 September 2020.


How can l collect the keys for my new property?

You can contact our offices during office hours 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Saturday or alternately you can contact your Selling Agent or Property Manager to make safe suitable arrangements.


Can I sign legal documents remotely?

Yes, we are able to offer the facility of signing all sales and leasing documents digitally.


Can I request an appraisal during restrictions?

You can arrange an in home appraisal with any of our agents under the current restrictions. Feel free to contact us for your free appraisal.


Can I still buy or rent a property during restrictions?

Yes, you can buy and/or rent. You can contact our offices for further information and clarification regarding your individual circumstances.
